One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had if only I had read these reviews before hand They charge me for services that I didn’t have to have and expressly told them that I didn’t want when I asked why they had done so I was told everyone else has one It also turned out they had not read the lease Which meant I was letting outside the law and risk prosecution I would not wise my on going experience on anybody

As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite overwhelming at times, but Elif made everything so much easier to understand and manage from start to finish. She was always professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions I had, no matter how small. I really appreciated how clearly she explained each stage of the process, which gave me a lot of reassurance and confidence along the way. Elif kept everything moving efficiently and was proactive in keeping me updated, which made a big difference, especially with a new build purchase where timelines can be tight. I’m really grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone, especially other first-time buyers looking for a supportive and reliable solicitor.
