I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Elif Gozlugol and would highly recommend her. She helped me deal with title issues relating to a previous remortgage after requested information from my previous solicitors was still outstanding, and by then my original firm that did my remortgage had closed, making the situation more complicated. Elif handled all the Land Registry’s requests and put a great deal of time and effort into chasing the information needed. Throughout the process, she was friendly, approachable and responsive, keeping me well informed at every stage. I really appreciated her persistence, clear communication and the care she took with my case. Thank you Elif for all your hard work and excellent service!

I would not recommend this solicitor based on my experience so far. The handling of my property purchase has been extremely frustrating and has caused significant delays. My solicitors have repeatedly chased them for responses and documents, yet there have been several weeks with little or no communication. The solicitor dealing with the matter, Safaa, said that she would send the initial documents weeks ago, but despite this, I have still not received them. In fact, after a month, a simple introductory email had not even been sent to my solicitors, let alone the draft contracts. My own solicitors have been left constantly chasing for updates, with little or no response. This is now putting the entire purchase at risk, and if the situation continues, I may have no choice but to withdraw from the sale as it is becoming a waste of time and is causing unnecessary stress. I have also informed the estate agents and asked that they raise the situation with the seller. Hopefully, the seller will be made aware of the delays and can consider whether they are satisfied with the level of service being provided. I am sharing this as an honest account of my experience so far, particularly as I feel some of the existing reviews do not reflect my experience. If the firm improves communication, sends the outstanding documents and starts making meaningful progress, I will update this review accordingly. Please think carefully and consider your options before instructing this firm.

We had a great experience with Taylor’s Legal, who assisted us with the redemption of our Help to Buy equity loan. I used Taylors Legal during my first property purchase and knew they would provide satisfactory service for my remortgage as well. I had an excellent experience working with Alexis, who handled the remortgage this time. Communication was clear throughout, and she took the time to explain each step, which made the whole process much less stressful. What really stood out was her efficiency — she managed to redeem my Help to Buy government loan within just one working day of receiving the redemption letter, which I did not expect given it would usually take some days to liaise with the bank and other stakeholders. She was proactive from start to finish and clearly went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend Alexis and Taylors Legal to anyone buying their first property, remortgaging or any other services they are looking for. Excellent, professional service all round.

I can't recommend Taylors Legal, and especially our solicitor Safaa, enough. From start to finish, Safaa was brilliant- super professional, easy to talk to, and completely on top of everything.
