One of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had if only I had read these reviews before hand They charge me for services that I didn’t have to have and expressly told them that I didn’t want when I asked why they had done so I was told everyone else has one It also turned out they had not read the lease Which meant I was letting outside the law and risk prosecution I would not wise my on going experience on anybody

I can’t recommend Humayun Baig at Taylor’s Legal highly enough. As a first-time buyer, I went into the process with a mix of excitement and mild panic; but Humayun made the entire experience feel calm, clear and completely manageable. He was consistently helpful, communicative and incredibly patient, taking the time to explain each step in plain English and making sure I understood what was happening and why. No question ever felt like a silly one, and he was always quick to respond and keep things moving. The whole conveyancing process was impressively quick and straightforward, which I know isn’t something you can say lightly when it comes to buying a house.
