I used Malcolm Jack & Matheson's services to assist with purchasing my first home, receiving support from their property solicitor Lynsey Pender. Lynsey was a great help throughout the process which as a first-time-buyer could be quite daunting. I received regular updates and information at each stage of the process and Lynsey was very prompt in answering any queries I had and supporting me when needed. We retained Ralph and MJM for advice to resolve a land dispute. From the outset, they were upfront re costs, prompt to deal with matters, methodical in investigating our issue and clear in their communications with us. Ultimately, they uncovered something no other lawyers had in 40 years that, in turn, led us to a solution. Even better, we avoided a costly court case. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I approached Ralph last year and sought his services with an issue. Throughout the whole process Ralph advised me accordingly with his excellent knowledge and experience over the years. He also communicated exceptionally well and efficiently, dealing with everything as it arose. As far as solicitors go I would most definitely use Ralph again if I needed to and would highly recommend Ralph McCran to anyone.
