Following the Death of an older Brother, Innes Johnston were contacted and requested to take care of the Legal Requirements of closing his Estate. Within days of request myself and younger sister, (Combined Powers of Attorney/ Trustees), attended the Glenrothes office. We met with Sharron Sutherland, Solicitor, who explained what the Procedure's and Requirements were, without any baffling "Legalese" and accompanied with documentation for further reference if necessary. Any following questions by telephone were answered quickly, and we were kept updated with regular e-mails. The complete process, for us, went without any hitches and Completion took only the 6 months period that we expected Very impressive!!
