From start to finish, Daniel McLuckie has advised me and led me through the claim process.

People forget claims like these take a while.
Mine took 18 months give or take.
First, communication from the other side will always be as slow as possible. Borderline actionable. This isn’t your solicitors fault. Secondly, compensation is determined on injuries. However, some injuries have long term effects and/or get worse over time. Some heal and have no long lasting consequences. They need to test you over time to determine this. This….takes time. I had a simple car accident. Suffered loss of hearing. It had to be determined if this was permanent.
I did have to contact them every month or so for updates. But that wasn’t a problem for me.
In short. Be patient, contact them every month if you hear nothing.
