I wouldn't go to anyone else for conveyancing! Pat Coyle is always professional, thorough looking after her clients' best interests. I have dealt with Pat both professionally and personally for a good number of years, and I have every faith in her services, her fees etc etc.

I used Kavanagh Coyle for the purchase of my first home, and have used them on numerous occasions afterwards for both successful and unsuccessful property purchases.
I find them to be open and give me the information I need, as and when it comes through. I don't hear from them often, but that is due to them not bothering me with an update which says nothing.
When I phone, I more often than not am able to speak to someone who can either deal with an issue or take an action to deal with it and come back to me.
Will use again.

Its disappointing to say that I have nothing good to write about Kavanagh Coyle who were recently employed to handle the purchase of my new home. Constantly blaming other parties and failing to follow up items meant we were delayed and messed around leading to numerous issues with work family etc.
Communications were very poor and trying to speak to people to discuss the issue almost impossible.
Having purchased a few houses in my life I feel that smaller companies such as this should know their own limits and not take on work they cannot complete due to work load or their staffs incompetency.
This is a shame as I always try to use local firms however I will in future be staying with the big names.
I guess the price we paid was in line with everyone else so that is one positive, as long as you do not mind the trouble they caused.
