I had a vanilla family visa case. Instead of the estimated 4 weeks, it took me 7 months to get it. Sandeep & Evellyn at Reiss Edwards did nothing to help, they actually gave me poor (and sometimes factually incorrect) advice at every step along the way. In the end, I literally hired another firm for advice and only through their recommendations I was able to resolve my case. So hiring Reiss Edwards caused enormous emotional distress and I had to pay tens of thousands in additional rent in my country of origin. If I hadn't hired the other firm, I believe Sandeep would still be telling me to "either wait or sue the government". So I can't recommend enough *not to* hire Reiss Edwards.

I used their service for the ILR application and cannot recommend Zarish and Joe highly enough. The case was genuinely complex, and the level of due diligence they brought to the documents was exceptional. What really stood out was their ability to identify gaps which I genuinely believed were complete. The scrutiny was thorough in a way that gave me real confidence going into the application. I had like a million questions throughout the process (and I really did ask A LOT!) and not once did they make me feel like a burden. Every single question was answered patiently and thoughtfully, right up until the very last moment. Response times were consistently within a few hours, and never more than 24 hours. She is an exceptional lawyer who successfully handled our very complex human rights spouse visa case back in 2021, which required going all the way to the appeal court. Since then, we’ve been able to enjoy family life together from 2023 onwards, and we will always be grateful for her role in making that possible. Most recently, we instructed Zarish again for our visa renewal, and once again she exceeded all expectations.
