I really wanted to go in depth with this as I cannot speak highly enough of Hollie and the service Lund & Bennett provided during my divorce, however most people only want certain information, so here you go. 1. Initial consultation was free and gave me actual legal advice (no other solicitor did this despite advertising so, would end up speaking to a paralegal or receptionist just to take me details before charging for an appointment) 2. Incredibly knowledgable 3. Efficient, Professional, great communication 4. Made everything simple for me to understand 5. Proactive and sensible approach to my situation, firm and tenacious when needed. 6. Probably the most important - I got the desired outcome. 7. Would highly recommend, I would use again in the future, I have already referred friends. 8. Fee’s were the fee’s, no hidden costs. This review will not remotely do the service I received justice. However, people will not regret utilising Lund & Bennett!

It took me several months to find the right solicitor, doing thorough research and reading reviews to ensure I made the right choice. When I contacted Lund Bennett, I was offered an initial consultation with Hollie, and from that very first meeting, I felt confident in her guidance and advice. That initial consultation then blossomed into a year-long professional relationship as we worked to resolve my cohabitation dispute. To give some background, this was a matter that had been unresolved for over twelve years. I had previously instructed other solicitors who advised that it would cost more than it was worth to pursue, and another who warned that if I did issue proceedings, I would likely face a difficult Schedule 1 challenge. As a result, I had been put off taking matters further. However, Hollie was clear and confident about the strength of my position and supported me throughout the entire process. She prepared extremely detailed statements and court bundles, which left very little room for challenge and clearly demonstrated the strength of the case. There were times when I felt overwhelmed, but Hollie consistently reassured me and remained persistent in keeping the pressure on throughout. Hollie also identified the need to instruct a barrister and selected an excellent one for our case. One of the things that really stands out about Hollie’s work is how she handles pressure and keeps things organised. When things got really tight, she put in the hours to make sure everything was done right and well. We got to the point where she understood my instructions so well that she often only needed my thumbs up, instead of going into long discussions. She made me feel like I was her only client, even though I can only imagine she has a huge workload behind the scenes. Thanks to her hard work, we were able to officially settle late in the afternoon on the day before our trial. Hollie has made a big and positive difference in my family, and I’m really grateful for all the work she’s done. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone I know who needs similar legal help. She’s a real credit to your firm.

I honestly couldn’t recommend my solicitor highly enough. She supported me through an extremely difficult separation from my partner, including dealing with intimidating letters from his solicitors. From the very beginning, she was professional, reassuring and incredibly personable. She always responded to me and never left me feeling like I was dealing with everything on my own. No matter how stressful things became, she had a way of putting me at ease and making me feel supported and reassured. What really stood out was how much she genuinely seemed to care.
