Instructed Andrew Littlemore at Dunne & Co to represent me in matters against my package holiday provider, where I claimed for a slip I sustained whilst abroad on holiday. They looked very reputable in the Personal Injury field, so had no reservations about instructing them. However, what I didn't realise is their ineptitude on personal injury claims in foreign jurisdictions. Errors in their "building of the case file" led to the case going to a court hearing which ended unsuccessful based on key evidence being missing whereby it was needed. Dunne & Co should have been aware of this and they weren't. Upon complaining to them after losing the case, my concerns were rebuffed by the company and was left with no other option but to pursue them for Professional Negligence. All I would say is, if you have an international personal injury claim, avoid them.

Highly recommend. I was knocked off my bike by a car on a roundabout in Sept 22. Having never been involved in an accident before I was unsure of the whole process for making a claim against the driver however the whole process was made very easy by Dunne & Co Solicitors. I was knocked off my push bike by a car in September 2021. I was knocked unconscious and my hip, elbow and shoulder were badly bruised. My cloths were torn and my bike damaged. I called Dunne & Co to see if I could claim anything for the injuries and damage. Dunne & Co explained the process to me, arranged for medicals, and kept me regularly informed of progress. Any official documents that needed signing were all done electronically, which was very convenient. My claim was successful and I received money to repair my bike, replace my torn clothes and a substantial amount of money in compensation for my injuries.
