The conveyancing process in order to sell my parents flat in Manchester was undertaken by Emma Jeffrey who had to deal with the very unusual circumstance of my sister; POA for our parents, passing away suddenly early on in the process and at this devastating time I had to take over as now sole, POA. Emma was very understanding, professional and helpful in navigating me through the processes at a very difficult and challenging time and even to the point where she was aware of the funeral date and took note to ensure I did not receive any phone calls etc at that time. Cordelia was excellent and our experience with beyond was excellent with dealing with the sellers solicitors who did not appear to be professional at all. Even after exchanging we found the sellers had left a lot of junk at the house and Cordelia resolved the issue and found a solution the same day. I would definetely recomend her to anyone buying a house.

After my conveyancer (Stephanie Nield) fell ill, the firm did not pick up the slack quickly. Sarah Ellam was skeptical of information we provided her, and her answers to questions were not helpful enough. Iāve now changed solicitor.

I canāt recommend Beyond Conveyancing enough.
We had a slightly unusual scenario in that we werenāt using an estate agent.
In most cases this may have proven a bit more tricky, taking the middle man out of the scenario, but Sarah and her team dealt with it so efficiently and professionally.
They were always so quick to respond to my emails, and I really felt like I was getting the 5 star treatment.
Nothing was too much trouble.
They even responded whilst out of the office! Which I felt was really going beyond the scope of customer service I expected.
They may the whole process easy and I will definitely be using them again.

Sarah at Beyond very kindly agreed to take on my case in very challenging circumstances, with an especially tight deadline, when many other solicitors had told me that they were unable to help. Steph, who was assigned as my primary contact, was remarkable from the outset: always anticipating potential delays, clearly communicating the options to avoid them, and unfailingly calm and professional. I can safely say that Christmas would have been a very difficult one for my family this year were it not for them and I really appreciate the effort they put in to get the purchase over the line. I couldn't recommend them and Beyond more highly!

The original solicitor handling my case left McAlister Law near the ending of my case and Melissa Jones took control of my case. I was unsure whether to proceed with McAlister because I did not know Melissa. I should not have worried.
Melissaās handling of the case was perfect. I found her to be professional, approachable, and very focused. Melissaās advice was informative, and she guided the closing of the case perfectly during the final two hearings ā I could not have asked for anything more from her.
I went from not seeing my children for 20 months to a Live With / Live With order ā that would not have happened without Melissa.
I cannot speak for other solicitors at McAlister Law, but I would strongly recommend Melissa.

I initially instructed Paul Reay in order to gain more contact with my son. This was now a number of years ago and therefore in that time I have got to know Paul extremely well. As well as being a specialist in children law, Paul is someone who I easily connected with on a human level. Paul has extremely good knowledge and a deep understanding of the law, including Parental Alienation, which was crucial for my case. Prior to instructing Paul, my relationship with my son was hanging in the balance, yet having secured a significant increase in time with my son, things have all changed.
