I would like to thank Jess and Jenna at Eventum legal, My family member was aresseted back in early 2023, this was an extremely serious allegation involving SA on his own daughter. Meeting Jess and her team, we instantly felt comfortable and felt no judgement whatsoever. Sharing such personal details is distressing and also very uncomfortable, but Jess made us all feel instantly at ease and reassured us we’re ever she could, explaining the legal process clearly whilest showing both professional and emotional support. Keeping us up to date at all times and guiding us throughout the whole process also helped massively! Me and my family could never thank Jess enough for all she has done, the efforts and work carried out led to a not-guilty verdict and we are all, forever greatful! Thank you so much!!!

My rogue trader cleverly made me the guilty party when I confronted him. The non truths he told would shame the devil but the law is the law and I was arrested. I wasn’t charged but contacted Eventum as I had no idea what came next. I answered all the questions asked. The spelling mistakes were atrocious. That episode cost 3k. 3 months later, the ‘charges’ were dropped. I then received an invoice for 7k. What is this for ? I asked. The invoice was duly cancelled. Having avoided the Police my entire life, it was an interesting yet unsettling period. Did I feel ‘safe’ with Eventum? Never. Take them on face value but be cautious.

I instructed Eventum to represent me in Pre- Charge Engagement. They will promise you the moon when you are at your most vulnerable for you to instruct them. I paid the initial fee for them to start work, they did not provide any of the results they promised in the first month. I cancelled the instruction and asked for a refund of all or part of fee and they ignored my emails.

From the moment this nightmare journey started and I searched for help and found Eventum. I first spoke to Claire who listened to our side and we instantly felt she understood and more importantly believed us. Holly was quickly put onto our case and both ladies always picked up the phone whenever we needed them, always found the time to listen and clearly explained the next steps and how best to help. Thankfully NFA was taken but this was the darkest time of our families lives and I felt like Claire and Holly were our guardian angels looking after us.
