Review of Service – Natasha Chow (Senior Paralegal) My experience with this matter was disappointing and unnecessarily prolonged. Despite providing the requested documentation and explanations on multiple occasions, I repeatedly received requests for the same information. This created the impression that previous correspondence and attachments had not been properly reviewed before further emails were sent. The process became frustrating due to the apparent lack of continuity and attention to the materials already supplied. From a client’s perspective, this results in avoidable delays and additional administrative burden. While I appreciate that solicitors must comply with strict regulatory and anti–money laundering obligations, these requirements should ideally be managed alongside a careful review of the documentation that clients have already provided. Repeatedly requesting information that has already been shared falls short of the professional and efficient service one would expect. I hope that future clients will benefit from a more streamlined approach to document review and communication to avoid similar frustrations.
