Wanted to finally leave a review for Salehs after decades of using them. Long story but my father used them prior and after they merged. Myself and family members began using Salehs in 2019 again after his death and have used them around 9-10 times since then. I was conflicted in how to rate a review across a wide range of services and solicitors and paralegals as aspects of the service has been exceptional at times and poor other times. I did not wish to come across too harsh as across all times barring one the quality and precision of the work itself has been without flaws. Which I guess is at the core of looking for a solicitor. Our differing experiences seems to have been completely dependent on the solicitor assigned. Out of the times we used Salehs we felt disappointed 3/10 for different reasons. The biggest complaint we would have is lack of communication. I know that they can be busy but several occasions it felt like we were completely in the dark with how things are proceeding. Second smaller complaint is that the exceptional solicitors that we did get assigned at Salehs have all left at different points in those 7-8 years. It meant any Rapport and trust in a particular solicitor is also lost. Generally would say they are a good Solicitors and again reiterate the point that from our experience the actual works completed were mostly superb. As we are no longer based in Manchester we won’t be needing Salehs again. But would like to thank them for decades of work. I would recommend anyone local to use them, however bear in mind communication may be lacking depending on which solicitor you are assigned.

We first contacted Salehs to instruct them regarding a purchase of our new home. Their communication and service was great throughout the whole transaction and helped what we anticipated to be a stressful time feel calm and streamlined.
