I was in a car crash in 2025, following the initial claim I was offered physiotherapy. Through the claim process, Alison was working with me, frequent updates, open communication and full accommodations - as a disabled person i cant leave the house often for dropping off letters etc and they were beyond patient with me whilst in between forms etc. As of now I have had claim finalised, compensated and had physiotherapy that has helped my whiplash. I am so grateful to all of the work done by the solicitors and especially Alison who handled my case personally. Thank you so much

From the moment I had my accident Sheldon’s were on hand to help me through the process of fixing my car, putting me in a courteous car and reassuring me throughout. They communicated from day one right through to the end.

I am furious with my experience. My case dragged on for over 2 years and all that time I was led to believe the fees would be around 25%. In reality, they took 40%!!!! 15% from me, then 25% for themselves and on top of that hit me with a £528 charge, which was never properly made clear to me. After waiting so long for this to be resolved, it was shocking to see such a huge amount deducted. To make matters worse, I also had to pay for my own physiotherapy costs myself, which I believed should have been covered as part of my claim. This has left me even more out of pocket. I feel totally misled .Had I known the deductions would be this high and that I would still have to cover my own treatment costs, I would have gone elsewhere, especially as many solicitors charge far less. What should have been compensation to help me has been gutted by excessive fees and hidden charges. I would save yourself money and go to a firm that only takes 25%.

Risk averse to the point of ridiculousness, rude staff and extremely unhelpful. I was handing them a slam dunk disrepair case and they wouldn't even discuss it.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from SDS Solicitors. My claim has now been ongoing for 27 months, with very little progress or meaningful updates throughout that time. Communication has been particularly poor. Updates have been minimal, and I have often had to chase for information rather than being kept informed proactively. This has added unnecessary stress and uncertainty to an already difficult situation. Another early major concern was the constant change of solicitors handling my case. The lack of continuity has made it difficult to build trust or maintain any momentum, as I repeatedly have to explain my case to new representatives. This has only contributed to further delays. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services based on the lack of communication, consistency, and timely progress.
