My family have had a lifelong association with Bone and Payne through its many changes. We have always been served well by the company and my experience with Sarah Bromilow on this occasion was no different from the past. She is very professional in all her dealings and was clear and concise with all her advice. Buying and selling property is stressful for most people but she did her very best to expedite things as smoothly as possible. All in all a good experience for me.

We've just purchased a new house in Colwyn Bay, and after looking at reviews online and getting some guidance from our mortgage adviser we chose to reach out to this company and connected with Niamh. What we thought would be a pretty straightforward sale was complicated by some issues on the seller's end that gave us a hard deadline of the beginning of May, but Niamh and her assistant Sarah were on point, chasing up the necessary paperwork, in continuous communication with the seller's solicitors and other relevant parties and making sure we got everything done right on time. For anyone looking for a solicitor in the Llandudno/Colwyn Bay area, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company overall and especially Niamh. (I tried to include the company name in my review, but the website refuses to allow the word "B o n e" as part of the review)
