Welcome assistance during anxious times.

Tracey and her very capable assistant, Rebecca were very helpful over the protracted conveyance with both our recent sale and purchase. Much appreciated.

Will and LPA matters

From extremely anxious to calm in one meeting. I met with Alison Courtenay, together with my daughter and granddaughter, to discuss a very concerning problem with my late husband's will which had proved to be a very ill-advised document. Alison explained clearly and concisely the action that needed to be taken and my family and I agreed to Alison's solution to the matter. Alison then very speedily dealt with all actions required, keeping me informed at every stage. I have nothing but praise for Alison who was extremely professional but who also showed great empathy.

Excellent, compassionate service

I wanted to sing the praises of Alison Courtenay who supported us after the passing of my father in December 2023. She was 100% there from the start; compassionate and kind. She gave us all the information we needed and explained everything clearly. She was meticulous whilst maintaining humility and empathy. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is made executor of an estate.
