    Robert handled a dispute on my behalf. His deep experience was essential and his expertise was superb. I was not the easiest client as I got frustrated by legal procedures and the time taken to progress.     Quality of renovation dispute.

    Rob Small. Was so professional for us. He listened to our issues and thoroughly read our correspondence and dealt with our issues in a way that made us feel safe and well represented, if the need was to arise.     Robert at Downie and Gadban Solicitors supported us in resolving a historic dispute over a period of about a year. Robert met all my expectations of a solicitor; efficient, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. His explanations were clear, he was always prepared to reexplain if required and this was never too much trouble. For all those reasons should we need a solicitor in his area of speciality we would certainly return. However, more than anything we were grateful for Roberts unwavering patient and kindness. I found the process very stressful and always left conversations with Robert feeling much calmer and able to rationalise. Robert made a very difficult experience much easier.
