I was introduced to Hannah and although she didn’t participate in the conversation I was extremely impressed with the knowledge Daniel was imparting to her and the caring way in which he conducted himself.

Helped telling me the steps of a divorce and gave guidance. Didnt harrass me when I took months to get back to them to start the proceedings. Have kept me updated along the way. I had a meeting with Daniel Norris and Hannah this week and came away feeling really confident, having been given so much information. Daniel took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns and addressed them all concisely, offering really helpful advice and ways to move forward. It felt like he had the situation’s best interest at heart, as opposed to trying to make money, and that filled me with a lot of confidence. I’ll certainly be using K J Smith’s services in the future. Thank you Daniel and Hannah for making the meeting as stress free as possible.

My experience with Robin was deeply disappointing. Instead of offering the professional and ethical support one would expect, I felt that their actions were more focused on creating conflict rather than resolving issues. My partner and myself had over £20,000 debt after listening to their advice. This gave me the impression that they were more interested in financial gain than genuinely helping. I believe their conduct was not in line with the standards expected from any legal professional. I would caution others to be very careful when considering their services when it comes to family laws.

Daniel Norris was a reassuring, supportive and professional solicitor whilst navigating through a particularly difficult divorce. Despite the opposing solicitors rather aggressive approach, Daniel kept everything on track whilst offering me support and guidance. If Daniel wasn’t available for any reason when calling, the other Solcitors in the office were equally as effective and helpful. I would recommend Daniel should you require a solicitor to help guide you through your divorce.
