Robert was the second lawyer we asked for advice over maintenance charges we felt were unfair and did not cover our house. The first lawyer said there was nothing that could be done. Robert on the other hand took time to research our case in-depth , was honest when it came to the likely outcome and his fee compared to the maintenance charges we were objecting too. He wrote an excellent letter outlining the objections and asked the company many probing questions. The result was that all maintenance charges were dropped. I approached Robert Small following a mediation by another solicitor. I was involved in an extremely unpleasant legal dispute with a relative. From the beginning I felt I was able to trust Robert and place confidence in his guidance and knowledge. Nadine to me was very professional and put us both at ease sorting out our will. We asked Nadine to make a will for us and it was done to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend her to do your wills or anything else you need doing like power of Attorney.
