I approached Robert Small following a mediation by another solicitor. I was involved in an extremely unpleasant legal dispute with a relative. From the beginning I felt I was able to trust Robert and place confidence in his guidance and knowledge. He approached my case with a calm but realistic way, giving me clear and understandable guidance and an idea about the likely outcome whilst fairly confident I would win, he did not lead me under false expectations. He was prompt in his responses to my queries and anxieties, friendly and extremely kind. Robert is a very hard working honest and decent people whilst I feel he wants to do best for his clients and offers and excellent service.

Nadine is a real expert in the field of Wills and dealing with estates. I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone seeking advice in that rather complicated area of law.
Nadine sorted out probate & trusts for me. She was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble for her. Very reasonable costs & I have no hesitation in recommending her services
Nadine to me was very professional and put us both at ease sorting out our will. We asked Nadine to make a will for us and it was done to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend her to do your wills or anything else you need doing like power of Attorney.

Robert was the second lawyer we asked for advice over maintenance charges we felt were unfair and did not cover our house. The first lawyer said there was nothing that could be done. Robert on the other hand took time to research our case in-depth , was honest when it came to the likely outcome and his fee compared to the maintenance charges we were objecting too. He wrote an excellent letter outlining the objections and asked the company many probing questions. The result was that all maintenance charges were dropped. Both my wife and myself would recommend Robert to anyone needing his services. Many thanks Robert.
