One of the standout aspects was how they independently managed all communication with the management company, saving me a lot of stress. Yes, MHHP Law may be slightly more expensive than some other conveyancing firms, but in my view, it’s a clear case of “you get what you pay for" and I feel they are excellent value for money. Words cannot express the excellence, professionalism and gratitude Jon Gilbert personally provided and MHHP Law in helping my brother in law. I have been managing my brother in law's property dispute and working with Jon since late September 2017. Jon did his utmost to secure my brother in laws rights to conclude the property dispute with his ex girlfriend in a matter of months. Jon is swift, thorough, efficient and clear. Thoroughly professional legal service with a human face. Took nothing for granted in our case, which was a disputed contract with a landscape gardener, taking us through each of the possible outcomes at every stage so that we could decide for ourselves how we wanted to proceed. Understood that we didn't want to spend any more than we needed to, and were mindful to try and keep legal costs down while trying to achieve the outcome we were seeking. At all times we were advised about the possibility that things might not go the way we wanted, allowing us to have a realistic expectation from start to finish. It is always possible to believe that one can manage without using a solicitor, but using a good one if you are unsure certainly takes some of the pressure off. This company took the pressure off and dealt with our case expertly, knowing how to act tactically and strategically as the case evolved. Would thoroughly recommend.
