Particularly impressive was the fact that they could be reached by telephone at any time - something I was pleasantly surprised by. Peggy took the time to go through my case and situation and was realistic in her answers to any questions I had - she managed my expectations well. I cannot recommend Jacqueline highly enough. She helped me with a settlement agreement at what was a pretty stressful time, and from the outset she was excellent. She took the time to properly understand the situation, talked me through the agreement in plain English and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing and what the practical implications were. She picked up a number of points and amendments, but was also very pragmatic and never made things more complicated than they needed to be. What I appreciated most was how approachable and reassuring she was throughout. I never felt rushed, and she was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question or needed some guidance. She made what could have been a difficult and daunting process feel very straightforward. Jacqueline was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to deal with.
