This was my first experience of going through a settlement agreement and grievance process at work, and Peggy was nothing short of outstanding. After speaking with several other solicitors, she was by far the most understanding of the wider situation, taking the time to appreciate the full context rather than simply reviewing the settlement agreement as a standalone document. She was an excellent communicator—clear, personable, supportive, and always quick to respond. I have been offered a settlement from work and I've contacted a few solicitors and Peggy was, by far, different than the rest. I felt like they have listened to me and that my story mattered and it wasn't just a transaction contract. I even got more in the negotiations than the initial settlement.
