I was given Peggy's details via a colleague who had used the services of Barnard & Webb before, also to settle a redundancy claim. Throughout the process, Peggy and the team were supportive, professional and approachable. Particularly impressive was the fact that they could be reached by telephone at any time - something I was pleasantly surprised by. Peggy took the time to go through my case and situation and was realistic in her answers to any questions I had - she managed my expectations well. Along with Molly, who responded to my emails very quickly, I always felt I was in safe hands.

I cannot recommend Jacqueline highly enough. She helped me with a settlement agreement at what was a pretty stressful time, and from the outset she was excellent. She took the time to properly understand the situation, talked me through the agreement in plain English and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing and what the practical implications were. She picked up a number of points and amendments, but was also very pragmatic and never made things more complicated than they needed to be. What I appreciated most was how approachable and reassuring she was throughout. I never felt rushed, and she was incredibly responsive whenever I had a question or needed some guidance. She made what could have been a difficult and daunting process feel very straightforward. Jacqueline was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to deal with. I am extremely grateful for all of her help and support and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her.

I have been offered a settlement from work and I've contacted a few solicitors and Peggy was, by far, different than the rest. I felt like they have listened to me and that my story mattered and it wasn't just a transaction contract. I even got more in the negotiations than the initial settlement.
