Shockingly unprofessional Communication zero

Great firm !
Rima was amazing! I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Rima was extremely professional, quick and efficient throughout and when a complex issue came up in my house sale she guided me through the process of trying to fix it. During the process of trying to rectify the issue on my house sale Rima had to correspond with another solicitor who in my view was extremely difficult, unreasonable and rude. She dealt with the situation with grace and class and gave me lots of advice so that I could make the best decision. She managed the chain so that it did not collapse even though this other solicitor caused an unnecessary delay of nearly 4 months! 6 months later I finally completed and it was down to her. She was patient with me even though I sent her e-mails on nearly a daily basis and went far beyond what would be expected of a conveyancing solicitor. She cared and I felt safe that she had my best interest at heart and had been thorough in her checks for both my sale and purchase. Rima thank you so much, we love our new place! Love Kath & family x

Lease Extension
This firm have a secondary company under which they trade in the name of Maddersons solicitors. I was referred to this firm for a lease extension. I spoke with Rima Rampersaud. The initial call was fine however no service was received following this call despite repeated chase ups and all promises to send papers were not met.
