I initially approached Fullers regarding a child arrangement matter, after an unexpected court application was filed. Having never instructed a solicitor or had any legal dealings I was understandably anxious. I spoke to Natalie, one of the admin team who was so friendly and knowledgable. She went through all my options and next steps and I immediately felt at ease. I was allocated a solicitor, Magdalena, who listened to me, answered questions and actioned responses promptly. We have been estranged from our adult daughter for more than three years. Throughout that time we made every attempt possible to open a dialog to enable us to see our five grandchildren.
