From the moment I first contacted Raphaelle until the conclusion of my claim a year later, I always felt I was in safe hands. I was genuinely impressed by how professional and conscientious she was, always taking the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and I really appreciated her meticulous approach. Injury claims and the circumstances leading to them can be very stressful and emotional, and Raphaelle always treated me and my claim with utmost consideration and respect, I genuinely felt comforted by having her in my corner. Having found myself in a position to require legal advice after contracting Legionella I chose Girlings based on clients reviews. I certainly did not regret my decision!

I found all members of staff extremely helpful, and my solicitor Jonathan was a credit to the company. He strived hard to get myself as much compensation as possible and kept me informed constantly of the progress. He was always very approachable and calm and sensitive to my condition and requirements.

My claim has now been settled with a very suitable outcome.

I moved to Girlings from another firm as the previous firm had sat on my claim for over 12 months and done absolutely nothing. From the moment I moved to Girlings I knew I had made the right choice. I came to Girlings after the NHS caused my son to go blind in his left eye. Clare and her team from the beginning done everything and supported us so much through this horrible experience. There will never be enough words to say how grateful we are and for the outcome you got for my son. I will forever be grateful to this amazing team. They went above and beyond, nothing will bring back my son sight but the outcome was so good for him and to get an apology at last from the NHS wouldn’t have been possible without Clare! I would highly recommend this amazing team, they give 100% and treat you like friends and with so much respect.

Girlings took on my case (after another firm messed up). The time, patience, professionalism and out right hard work Kate Kennell and her team put into my case was truly outstanding. A true testament to their work ethics and passion for what they do.

From the start, Girlings made haste on all the wrong doings from a previous firm, quickly acting in the sole interest of helping me get my case to the necessary stages that it should have been at the time my case was taken over. With perseverance, endless amounts of persistence and a great amount of diligence they maintained contact with me, ensuring I was always in the know of what was happening at any one moment. Despite the myriad of emotions I experienced through the case, they always remained calm, calculated and caring.

The result of all the hard work by Kate Kennell and her team resulted in a settlement for an accident that was truly life changing.
