First review for Sammy Bilton
This is the first of many reviews I intend to leave for solicitor Sammy Bilton of Kesar & co Solicitors in Bromley. I first spoke to Sammy in 2021 when he was a trainee solicitor and somewhat in the early stages of his legal career. As our contact became more frequent, he grew in confidence and he eventually took over a number of cases which he inherited from a colleague of his who left the firm in 2022. Sammy was initially slow to grasp the matters at hand; however this soon changed, and he was up to speed acting on instructions. Sammy is currently representing me on six live cases, with another two prospective matters to be added to this caseload in the near future. Whilst Sammy is proactive on initial instructions, investigative work, sending e-mails and laying the foundations, he is too slow in drafting the LBAs, and gets bogged down in applying for supplementary information by way of subject access requests. If I were to pass a criticism and make a valid observation, client care and case admin is clearly an area to be improved if he is to strive for customer and client excellence. The review reflects this
