-10 stars, not one if possible. That was the worst decision ever. I chose the company because was recommended by Soresi the developer where I wanted to buy the flat. At the very beginning everything went well, and seemed to be a good choice until Kaitlyn R. supposed to check the source of funds. Since end of May until today she was not able to track £19,000 from which £15,000 was from selling an asset. Tracking around £5000 became her main purpose in life and emailed to me few times that our file is very complex. The supervisor and head of the department Katie B and Wayne M. had plenty of time since the end of July when I sent Kaitlyn all she asked to check our file and update us if anything else is needed. This never happened, she came with some nonsens to provide tax return for 2024 when I was director for my company but I haven’t received any money from there because I have always been employed. However, I passed through that but she started to ask the same questions and requested the sane documents which already gave it to her. The phone number she has on the email is either not working or she doesn’t want to be bothered. I called also the main number on the website and requested a call back many times. Nobody contacted. I have just waisted 3 months of my life waiting them to do their job and in the end my application for the flat I wanted was withdrawn thanks to this company. If you see good reviews is probably from family or friends. Avoid this company, they don’t deserve even a star. I am wondering now for what I paid them, because they ask for some money beforehand.

We were updated and guided throughout the whole process. Our experience of the whole process was excellent and we felt the costs were very competitive.

This company is a scam. They fish you in with a cheap quote, and then add, add and add. I had a quote for £1800.00. Then after many add on's, some of which I was not aware of, the final bill came to £3340.00. That is nearly £1400 in extra fees. And this had to be paid within 2 days of completion.
