Just wonder what I will be paying for. The communication is all everywhere. I asked for a completion date it was not possible. Then 5 days before my asked date they said why have you not sent XYZ? You send them that they still pull something else out! They keep telling they are awaiting compliance still from me to the housing team. Which I sent them...They got my giftors to set up an app that looks into their bank records for fraud and trace funds to me. Yet we are approaching completion they ask for everything manually. Never once have they picked up the phone and spoken to me. I find AI more responsive than these people. The people I am buying from recommended these guys as they are "familiar with" shared ownership. I guess they should get familiar with picking up the phone and speaking to me. Just got another email that my occupier needs to fill and send to them. Where was this at week 1,2,3 where I had no communication. Just got a phone call too saying I have been asked to ring you. You have not sent all the statements (previously sent by app) I said I emailed you. I got "oh sorry I have not reviewed them... Let me review them and ring you back." With all this typing I reckon I could have wrote the deeds and contracts up my self.
Very poor service throughout my house purchase. I constantly had to chase for updates, and extra fees were added without explanation or agreement. Communication was terrible, and my selling solicitors also found them difficult to deal with. Charged an extra £200 to liaise with my selling solicitors with questions from them which I believe is the basics of their job and surely covered within the £1600 I was quoted. As a single working mum buying through an affordable scheme, I feel completely let down and taken advantage of. Would not recommend.

Amina got us to our competition date after being told it wasn’t possible by our original case handler, we can’t thank Amina enough for her hard work and getting us there! I highly recommend her if you feel like you’re getting no where! Sam the manager was also very helpful and they both explained Everything in detail and clearly for us to understand as first time buyers, I would recommend them if you’re lucky enough to have someone like Amina dealing with your case!
