⭐ 1 star Utterly hideous service – avoid at all costs My family has been dealing with Frederic Hall Solicitors in Dover regarding my late grandfather’s estate, and the experience has been nothing short of appalling. My mum has been waiting over five years for any proper resolution on his stocks and shares. Throughout that time, communication has been non-existent unless she completely loses her temper — and even then, responses are slow, dismissive, and completely lacking in urgency or care. These solicitors were paid in full upfront by my grandfather before he passed, and ever since then it’s felt like they've just washed their hands of the whole thing. We’re left chasing shadows while they ignore emails, offer no updates, and show zero compassion or professionalism. Jeremy Seynor, in particular, has handled things with a shocking lack of regard. This firm has caused nothing but stress and upset during what should have been a straightforward legal process. If you’re looking for clear communication, empathy, or even just a basic level of competence — go elsewhere.

Frederic Hall Solicitors very kindly help us navigate through all of the above. We found all of their services professional. We will use them again in the future.

Having initially instructed Frederic Hall to obtain a Grant of Probate then deal with the admin' of my deceased father's Estate, everything seemed to be moving along nicely, albeit slowly, presumably, because of Covid. That was until I found out that they had been holding over £2k of my money in their Client Account for the last year and another £16k for over 3 months. It was only after this discovery that I was offered monies from the Estate to reimburse me for the numerous bills my husband and I had settled, bills they had been made aware of. Worse, when we raised this issue, It was suggested that I either deal with the Estate myself or instruct a new solicitor. Similarly, my complaint was dismissed. To cap it all, in an attempt to remove my review, I've just been told that they want proof that I was their client. Unbelievable audacity. I (W F Wells) most certainly wouldn't recommend them.

We used Frederick Hall to sell our house. Everything was explained clearly. We were able to speak to someone every time we called and they answered our queries quickly and precisely. We would recommend Frederick Hall to everyone. We also used Frederick Hall when my father died and again everything was dealt with perfectly.

A very difficult time selling our Mums property after she passed away. Have used Frederic Hall for varies things from Wills, Power of Attorney Care issues and selling. Jeremy Saynor and his team make the process easier. They show care and empathy. The only issues we had were outside of their control caused by a third party. We were given a written quote at the beginning and this didn't change and was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
