Where do I even begin with this incredible man? I cannot recommend Harvey enough. From the very beginning, he showed nothing but kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire process. He was always at the end of the phone whenever I needed reassurance or advice, and he regularly checked in on me, which meant more than words can say. There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed and unable to cope, but he always managed to calm me down and make me feel supported and understood. What truly sets him apart is that although he is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, he also made me feel comfortable enough to speak openly at any time, knowing he would genuinely listen. His support throughout everything has been outstanding, and I am beyond grateful for all he has done for me. This is the worst solicitors I have dealt with. They ask for your information to proceed with your case and make it seem like they are helping, but then they never get back to you—especially if you are applying for legal aid.
