Being first time buyer the only thing which was bothering me to get a trustworthy solicitor. I heard lots of ghost stories from my friends and also on reddit about solicitor not responding, delaying process etc.
The estate agent had referred me to Hervey Dickens Solicitor and made me assured that you will be in safe hand. It actually exceeded my expectations. They are very prompt in initiating the process and keeping me updated for it. Sheila Masinde is a rockstar. She was so specific about the things she want from sellers Solicitor to make sure my mortgage and completion should happen before my mortgage offer expired. Sheila was on holiday but that didn’t impact my overall processing timelines as she was responding to my call and email during her holidays. You can’t expect such outstanding service from anyone else. Sheila’s responses were near real time and the reception team Magda and Angela were also helpful in answering the calls, giving call back etc.
If you are thinking about a trustworthy, reliable, cost effective and outstanding Solicitor, then you should try Hervey Dickens Solicitor. I would recommend it from bottom of my heart. Looking forward to work with them in future.
