I came across Tylers after a search for firms that can assist with bed bug claims. My claim progressed swiftly and hassle free with liability admitted quickly and the claim settled within 9 months of injury. The compensation for our ruined hotel stay due to the bed bugs arrived just in time to put towards our next holiday, so we were very pleased with the result. Lucy Holden was brilliant!

Sheila was a Superstar from Day 1, and did a great job at managing my expectations with her personal brand of calm, considerate demeanour. Plus I can be hard work, and I know it.. so a HUGE thank you to Sheila! Once again, compared to other organisations, their agreement is the most fair, and not intentionally misleading like others I encountered. Due to the nature of the process, it took a while to get resolution, but the team at Tyler’s, including Lee, kept me up to date regularly, offered advice and guidance, which all resulted in a more than positive outcome. I’d wholeheartedly recommend the team at Tylers for any and all services they offer based on my experience, which I feel was definitely not a huge priority in terms of the cases they must handle, but always felt like it was.
