The process of moving felt quite daunting but Emma put us at ease throughout. She clearly explained what to expect, when things would happen and reassured us that any delays or developments were normal. This removed much of the stress and anxiety from what could otherwise have been an overwhelming experience. The service has been excellent from start to finish and even after completion, Emma and her team have continued to follow up and provide support since we moved into our new home.
