Hands-down, the most polite and patient people I've ever had the pleasure of working with;. Aziz Rahman was my solicitor assisted by Hannah Wilde (trainee solicitor) who was my first point of contact. Hannah explained everything clearly, was constantly polite and courteous, and never hesitated to clarify or answer any (what felt like) silly or inane questions. The best part of buying my house was Daniel & Baker.
Azizur Rahman provided a swift and efficient service, got me my new property in no time. I highly recommend Mr Aziz has been very helpful, thorough and great at explaining each stage of the conveyancing process.

Daniel and Baker Solicitors helped me in completing the sale of a property complicated by a tricky ground rent issue. Aziz was able to gather appropriate info and liaise with all concerned .
Zafar was very helpful with the auction sale of a property. I’ve never sold by auction before and Zafar guided me through the process.
I instructed Daniel & Baker Solicitors for a possession claim after my first solicitor had made an error with the notice. Shujaat Ali took over the matter, corrected the earlier mistakes, served everything properly and guided me through a defended case right up to the hearing at Manchester County Court, where he represented me and we obtained the possession order. Throughout, he was approachable, explained things in plain English, and was honest about what the court could and couldn't do. As a first-time landlord under real financial pressure, having someone experienced in housing litigation in my corner made a big difference. Thank you Shujaat and the team — highly recommended for landlord and tenant matters.

Excellent service from Daniel & Baker Solicitors. They handled an eviction case for me and won it. The whole process was straightforward and smooth from start to finish. What stood out most was the customer service and communication. Correspondence was excellent and any concerns or questions I had were replied to very quickly. I would particularly like to mention Mr Shujaat Ali who was very prompt with his responses. It has taken me a long time to find a solicitor who deals with cases like this with such good communication and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him and the firm to anyone dealing with a similar case. I will not be going anywhere else for my landlord and tenant issues. Highly recommended.
Daniel and Baker helped me with a section 21 to evict a tenant from my property. They were very supportive, diligent and patient with what turned out to be a longer than expected process. Overall I was happy with their support, especially over the phone discussions. I would recommend and will definitely look to them in the future as needed.

We recently had our mirror wills written by Sophie at Daniel and Baker solicitors. The service we received from Sophie was excellent, she was both professional and friendly and explained all legal terms very clearly. Would highly recommend this practice, everything was dealt with so professionally and with such a lovely warm and friendly manner . Thank you Sophie.
Took my money £350 and did absolutely nothing , the monies was for reading my paperwork but when I went for my initial appointment.Mr Ali Knew nothing about my court case I suspect he had a brief glance just before he walked in the room. If Mr Ali or he’s firm say anything in he’s in response to my dismal review of there services , please be assured they will be totally fabricating there response. £350 down the toilet.
