    From start to end for my case took many months Raihana was there throughout she made my points for exceptional hardship strong and made me come out with no ban at all . She is great would recommend to everyone she leaves no room for failure at all!

    We used Hadi to help our refugee friend with his complex family reunion case. We received excellent professional service and good communication. It took over a year, but that is often the case with the Home Office in its state of chaos and the hostile environment it works in. But eventually we now have the great joy of seeing the family together building a new life in the UK.

      I was arrested and bailed to appear in court if it wasn't for hadi law I would of 100% of been convicted and banned for 5 years plus. there expertise and professionalism has given me another shot at redemption.       Honestly, this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a legal firm. From the start, it just felt like they were far more interested in squeezing money out of me than actually giving straight, honest legal advice. I was pushed towards pleading not guilty, even though I later got proper advice from another solicitor who made it pretty clear that wasn’t actually in my best interests. Looking back, it really feels like the idea of dragging it up to Crown Court — and all the extra fees that come with that — mattered more to them than what was right for me. Communication was a joke. Before I paid, they were all over me — calls, emails, the lot. The second the money was in, it was like I’d fallen off the radar. Trying to get updates on my own case felt like pulling teeth, and I was constantly chasing them just to get basic information. It honestly felt like once they had the money, I wasn’t a client anymore — just a file sitting somewhere. The barrister they sent in didn’t fill me with any confidence either. Unprepared, unsure on key points, and not exactly someone you’d trust to fight your corner in court. The real wake-up call was getting a second opinion and switching firms. The difference was night and day. Suddenly I was getting clear, realistic advice that actually focused on the best outcome for me, not just inflating costs. When what I’d previously been told got brought up in court, even that raised eyebrows — which says it all really. Just to be clear, I’m not salty because things didn’t go my way. I’m writing this because I genuinely feel like I was badly advised, poorly represented, and treated like a walking invoice rather than a person. If you’re thinking of using them, do yourself a favour — shop around and get a second opinion first. I wish I had.

As confirmed within that transfer request, the decision to move representation was expressly stated not to be a reflection of the advice provided or the standard of representation received from our firm, but rather because the alternative firm had been recommended to you and was geographically closer. We take any concerns regarding communication and client care seriously and are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience. However, we are proud of the professional service we provide and always aim to act in our clients’ best interests based on the circumstances and instructions available at the time. Due to our professional and confidentiality obligations, we are unable to discuss case-specific details publicly.
