Hadi Law Limited Immigration department believes they have about 95% rate of winning their immigration cases , but i believe with their level of experience and patience in dealing with their client and also how quickly they respond to your call and make sure you are guided through the right path, I strongly believe they are on a 100% RATE . We used Hadi to help our refugee friend with his complex family reunion case. We received excellent professional service and good communication. It took over a year, but that is often the case with the Home Office in its state of chaos and the hostile environment it works in. But eventually we now have the great joy of seeing the family together building a new life in the UK.

I instructed Hadi Law to represent me in a magistrates’ court case. Two weeks before the hearing, they stopped acting for me without telling me. I only found out because I called them myself. My refund was only sent the day before my court date, which left me with no time and no funds to instruct another solicitor. I was effectively left to face court on my own. My dealings with Leila were very disappointing. I found her unresponsive and unhelpful, and I didn’t feel my case was being taken seriously. Customer service overall was poor, and communication was almost non-existent. A solicitor’s job is to protect their client. Leaving someone without representation at the last minute, without even a phone call, is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone facing court.
We are sorry to hear that you felt unsupported and disappointed with the communication you received. The refund was issued, but the time taken for funds to reach an account depends on bank processing times, which are outside our control. We appreciate that the timing was a particular concern given your upcoming hearing. Our duty of confidentiality prevents us from discussing the wider circumstances of your matter publicly, but we take your feedback seriously.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I feel completely let down by this firm. Susan gave us hope for my son’s case, and I feel we were sold a dream. Communication was poor, I had to repeatedly chase for updates, and the case handler was changed without even informing us. After spending thousands of pounds, the outcome was devastating for our family. I understand no solicitor can guarantee a result, but I expected honest advice, transparency and far better communication. I feel misled, disappointed and let down both emotionally and financially. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use this firm.

I was really worried about my driving case and I did some research and I chose Hadi Law, the main reason I chose Hadi Law was because the conversation I got was in-depth & personal. Susan the lady I spoke to knew what she was talking about, other solicitors spoke to me like I’m a number and they would only give me 10-30 min talk and it ended cold and dull. The people at Hadi spoke to me and went over in detail what could happen, what we could do and we really went into detail on how to decide on how to proceed, they even told me not to pay any solicitor that wanted money first before I even got my readings back from the police “I was almost tricked by another firm”. I believe it was Susan that helped me and said Do not pay anyone until you know if you’re over or under the limit because anyone else telling you any different are misleading you and she explained why! I then knew I had someone on my team and felt i was in good hands , I felt protected. Im really happy with the service I got, I was in a vulnerable position and Hadi law gave me comfort in an uncomfortable time. As the case moved on I was in close contact with Mel and she was very patient and helpful when dealing with all my questions regarding my case , Thanks Mel! She kept in Contact and set everything up while updating me. In times like this we need to do everything we can to protect ourselves and have someone that genuinely wants to fight for us, not just take our money. I pleaded not guilty all the way until trial and due to Mel’s sharp thinking and strategy and the amazing man Imran that represented me on the day, we won the case! I couldn’t believe it and I’m so greatful. THANKYOUUUU
