    Did not bother with my case. Lack of communication skills.

    I had such an awful experience. My personal injury case was submitted to them in February 2021. It is now 2023 and they were not able to solve it. Bilal was my case handler. 1) It was extremely difficult to get in touch with him , as he was always busy. 2) After nunerous amount of times of me trying to call and email everyday to chase up my case just to get an update, I just found out yesterday that my case has been closed due to MIB stating that it took too long. My case handler did not call MIB to chase up the case or anything and now after 2 years of waiting, my case has been closed with no completion , nothing. This is ridiculous and I will never use this company again. I was recommended by a friend but they did not do anything for my case.

    Lost a case I already won

    A car reversed onto me, he accepted liability and his insurance company rang me numerous amount of times offering to repair my car and compensate me on the spot. I got reffered to this firm and the woman who works for the firm "aliyah selant" kept promising to me I will get a substantial amount of money and 7 months later they lost the claim? How on earth do you go from being offered instant personal injury and repair of vehicle to losing the claim?. The thing that is really frustrating is I didn't even get a penny for my car to get repaired and now I have a big bill to repair my own car? The firm is very unprofessional, they never answer the phone. Honestly I urge people DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!

    After my accident, I had two injuries: one to my body and one to my sanity from trying to understand legal paperwork. Thankfully, this law firm "haddi law" — and especially Bilal — saved me from both. Bilal deserves some kind of award for patience. I asked so many questions I’m pretty sure he considered blocking my number at least once 😅, but he always replied calmly, explained everything in simple terms, and somehow made legal talk sound almost normal. At one point I was convinced he knew my case better than I knew my own birthday. Dealing with insurance companies felt like arguing with a brick wall, but Bilal handled them like a professional wall-breaker. Meanwhile, I just focused on recovering and pretending I understood what “liability” meant. Honestly, if stress burned calories, I’d have lost 10 kilos — but thanks to Bilal and the team, I mostly lost stress instead. They kept everything organised, chased deadlines like Olympic athletes, and got me a great result in the end. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — not planning on getting injured again, but if life decides to throw another plot twist, I’m calling Bilal before I even finish saying “ouch.”

      I was really worried about my driving case and I did some research and I chose Hadi Law, the main reason I chose Hadi Law was because the conversation I got was in-depth & personal. Susan the lady I spoke to knew what she was talking about, other solicitors spoke to me like I’m a number and they would only give me 10-30 min talk and it ended cold and dull. The people at Hadi spoke to me and went over in detail what could happen, what we could do and we really went into detail on how to decide on how to proceed, they even told me not to pay any solicitor that wanted money first before I even got my readings back from the police “I was almost tricked by another firm”. I believe it was Susan that helped me and said Do not pay anyone until you know if you’re over or under the limit because anyone else telling you any different are misleading you and she explained why! I then knew I had someone on my team and felt i was in good hands , I felt protected. Im really happy with the service I got, I was in a vulnerable position and Hadi law gave me comfort in an uncomfortable time. As the case moved on I was in close contact with Mel and she was very patient and helpful when dealing with all my questions regarding my case , Thanks Mel! She kept in Contact and set everything up while updating me. In times like this we need to do everything we can to protect ourselves and have someone that genuinely wants to fight for us, not just take our money. I pleaded not guilty all the way until trial and due to Mel’s sharp thinking and strategy and the amazing man Imran that represented me on the day, we won the case! I couldn’t believe it and I’m so greatful. THANKYOUUUU

      The service provided was nothing short of phenomenal, from picking up the phone and initially making contact to being looked after by the team, specifically Melissa Barton, who kept me updated and assisted on the paperwork needed. When it came to the court room, I do not think the words exist to describe how incredible Lorraine Barton was. She was extremely personal and kind whilst also having a full and extensive knowledge of the law, she is also the primary reason for me still being able to drive now. I am incredibly happy with the service provided by Hadi Law and regardless of the result within the court room I felt they cared about me and worked extremely hard to represent me and I could not be more grateful. They somehow worked a miracle and I received the best result I could have asked for and still a day later I am in shock and awe at the work Hadi Law have put in.
