I had such an awful experience. My personal injury case was submitted to them in February 2021. It is now 2023 and they were not able to solve it. Bilal was my case handler. 1) It was extremely difficult to get in touch with him , as he was always busy. 2) After nunerous amount of times of me trying to call and email everyday to chase up my case just to get an update, I just found out yesterday that my case has been closed due to MIB stating that it took too long. My case handler did not call MIB to chase up the case or anything and now after 2 years of waiting, my case has been closed with no completion , nothing. This is ridiculous and I will never use this company again. I was recommended by a friend but they did not do anything for my case.

I want to give a huge shoutout from the bottom of my heart to Hadi Law Solicitors, especially Bilal and Melissa, for all their support with my case. Last year, I got arrested for a drink driving incident, and I pleaded not guilty at my first hearing because it was a post-driving consumption situation. When I was driving, I was under the limit, and I had a few more drinks while waiting for the police to arrive. Unfortunately, the police didn’t believe anything I said during my custody interview. I used a hip flask defense based on Hadi Law's advice and submitted a favorable toxicologist expert report to the CPS. On the day of my trial, the court dropped my case due to the absence of witnesses and lack of evidence from the CPS, offering no evidence to proceed. A massive thank you to Bilal and Melissa for their expertise and guidance. I was really stressed out because of this case, but on 26/May/26, my case was dismissed with no charges.

After my accident, I had two injuries: one to my body and one to my sanity from trying to understand legal paperwork. Thankfully, this law firm "haddi law" — and especially Bilal — saved me from both. Bilal deserves some kind of award for patience. I asked so many questions I’m pretty sure he considered blocking my number at least once 😅, but he always replied calmly, explained everything in simple terms, and somehow made legal talk sound almost normal. At one point I was convinced he knew my case better than I knew my own birthday. Dealing with insurance companies felt like arguing with a brick wall, but Bilal handled them like a professional wall-breaker. Meanwhile, I just focused on recovering and pretending I understood what “liability” meant. Honestly, if stress burned calories, I’d have lost 10 kilos — but thanks to Bilal and the team, I mostly lost stress instead. They kept everything organised, chased deadlines like Olympic athletes, and got me a great result in the end. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — not planning on getting injured again, but if life decides to throw another plot twist, I’m calling Bilal before I even finish saying “ouch.”

Honestly, this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a legal firm. From the start, it just felt like they were far more interested in squeezing money out of me than actually giving straight, honest legal advice. I was pushed towards pleading not guilty, even though I later got proper advice from another solicitor who made it pretty clear that wasn’t actually in my best interests. Looking back, it really feels like the idea of dragging it up to Crown Court — and all the extra fees that come with that — mattered more to them than what was right for me. Communication was a joke. Before I paid, they were all over me — calls, emails, the lot. The second the money was in, it was like I’d fallen off the radar. Trying to get updates on my own case felt like pulling teeth, and I was constantly chasing them just to get basic information. It honestly felt like once they had the money, I wasn’t a client anymore — just a file sitting somewhere. The barrister they sent in didn’t fill me with any confidence either. Unprepared, unsure on key points, and not exactly someone you’d trust to fight your corner in court. The real wake-up call was getting a second opinion and switching firms. The difference was night and day. Suddenly I was getting clear, realistic advice that actually focused on the best outcome for me, not just inflating costs. When what I’d previously been told got brought up in court, even that raised eyebrows — which says it all really. Just to be clear, I’m not salty because things didn’t go my way. I’m writing this because I genuinely feel like I was badly advised, poorly represented, and treated like a walking invoice rather than a person. If you’re thinking of using them, do yourself a favour — shop around and get a second opinion first. I wish I had.
