Won't recommend Scarsdale to anyone. My case was poorly supported, the solicitor that came with me in the Court was changed three days before the hearing. Eventually, the solicitor that came with me in the court, called me one day before the hearing to reorganise the defence from scratch. Paid thousands of pounds to in the end get the maximum penalty and come back home with a lot of difficulties to manage. Will never recommend this agency to anyone

Caught speeding at 131mph in a 70, outcome was 6 penalty points and a big fine. Expected at least a 6 month ban. Thank you for everything.

Recommended! It was so easy to book an initial call (same day) and the service and advice received from Darren was clear, structured and reassuring. My husband and I wish we could have met him , before the actual magistrate court date! At least, we now know who to turn to if we ever need legal counsel in the future. Thank you Darren!

I really can't recommend Scarsdale Solicitors enough. I've spoken to a few different companies about my driving situation, and the difference with Scarsdale was massive. There was no pressure, no hard sales pitch and none of the feeling that they were just trying to get money out of me, which unfortunately I've experienced with other companies. Instead of trying to convince me to spend thousands on legal fees, they actually took the time to listen and understand my situation. They explained that spending all that money was unlikely to change the outcome and that I'd be far better off putting it towards public transport so I could carry on getting to work and supporting my family. And to be fair, that's exactly what I needed to hear. I genuinely wish I'd found them sooner because I honestly believe that if I'd spoken to them from the beginning, I wouldn't be in the situation I'm in now. It's not often you come away from speaking to a company feeling better about things, especially when they haven't told you what you wanted to hear. They could have quite easily taken my money, but instead they gave me advice that was actually in my best interests. Massive respect for that, and I'd recommend them to anyone dealing with a motoring offence. **They're genuinely there to help people, not just take their money.**
