Completely unprofessional

The company took on my claim. The solicitor dealing with my claim delayed paperwork on several occasions before leaving the company without me being informed. These delays caused me to miss court deadlines resulting in me being unable to make a claim.

House sale

Great experience with these guys. Michelle & her team were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Made a difficult house sale feel so much easier.

Appalling

Company took on my case then spent weeks ignoring my emails & messages. When I finally got to speak to an employee of the company who advised the solicitor handling my claim had left the company. No details could be found of the work supposedly done and I was advised the company could no longer help as deadlines had now been missed

Joke of a company

It has took months and months to complete a simple conveyancing job and I have had to chase for updates. If it was up to them, they wouldn't of even bothered to update myself. Their lack of communication is a disgrace. I will not be using them again in the future and certainly not recommending them to anyone.

Incompetence and indifference in family law

Had three different solicitors dealing with my matter due to high turnover in the firm. I was not informed whenever new person took over the case. First one filed a blank form late to court which caused a lot of problems. Second advised me to go to court rather than accept a reasonable settlement resulting in me being worse off financially. Third got names and figures wrong in correspondence.
