Extremely slow
Selling my house using Kjd law for conveyancing company suggested by my estate agents. Currently 26 weeks has passed and we are only half way trough the process. The average time for a house to compete is 12 weeks! Avoid this company!

Box tickers only, incapable of giving advice
House sale and purchase, dealing with a paralegal, had no contact from anyone else and can’t find details of anyone else on their website, she is making lots of mistakes I am having to check her work with a fine tooth comb and she does not provide any advice on contentious areas because she doesn’t know the answer. Avoid and find a proper solicitor, seems to be overrun with under qualified kids

The 5 Start Reviews Must Be All Fake!
The app provides frequent updates, but I found them mostly unhelpful. Communication during my case was poor, and I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously. In my experience, working with Lydia Cunliffe was frustrating due to a lack of clear communication and responsiveness, and I found her manner to be quite rude. I wouldn’t recommend this service.

Nerys was brilliant at coaching me through the process even when I was getting stressed. She acted very professionally at all times and was extremely friendly throughout.
