What felt like a journey and a half has finally reached completion, and we couldn't be more grateful to Gina for all of her hard work throughout the sale of our property. A sale of rented property to tenants agreed and Solicitors instructed. Unfortunately mortgage lender withdrew the mortgage owing to a change of policy. It has taken around 6 months for matters to be sorted but the sale is now progressing. My Solicitors have acted in a polite, friendly and efficient manner throughout with excellent service.
