Not the service i expected as a client. Lots of issues, having to re-send documents already sent. Documents not requested. Saying items not requested or paid for then retracting this when i queried. Various different solicitors.
From the outset of engagement, Allsop Durn were the right choice when Instructed them to handle my house sale. Elena engaged and communicated very well at the start of the journey, and Hilary worked very closely with me and the third party to also help us produce a bespoke and delicate piece of work alongside the standard process. I would personally like to thank Hilary very much for her inputs, skills and communications. I would also like to thank the team I engaged with for all their excellent communication and availability in the process. I would highly recommend Allsop Durn, Hilary, Elena and Siobhan who I had the pleasure of dealing with as a client. Access and communication was excellent and pricing was very reasonable and honoured from inception and agreement. Thank you for everything and well done! Mark

Had a property to sell on behalf of an elderly parent. Louisa Lenton was our assigned lawyer who was very professional, concise and gave clear advice in a friendly and approachable manner. Would highly recommend Louisa and the Allsop Durn LLP team and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We are delighted that Wendy could get everything completed quickly for you so you can finally move forward. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Roz at Allsop Durn LLP for both my sale and purchase, and I couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor. From start to finish, she was calm, kind, and incredibly professional. No matter how many times I called, she always picked up or got back to me quickly. She was always there, always responsive, and never made me feel like I was a bother. Every email was answered promptly, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Buying and selling can be stressful, but Roz made everything feel easy and straightforward. She handled everything with such professionalism and efficiency, keeping me updated at every stage. Her attention to detail and dedication are second to none. If you’re looking for a solicitor who is reliable, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients, Roz is the one. I can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone. Five stars all the way!

I was very satisfied with the excellent service I received recently from pleasant, friendly and helpful Pearse. I did not feel rushed, emails were answered clearly and promptly and notably, nothing needed to be re-typed because of errors. Yes, I would recommend.

Change of solicitor during work papers moved from Ruislip my local office Took longer as new solicitor had to get up to date with files and seemed to be charged with some of this Will not recommend
Dear Mr Simpson, I am sorry you feel you had to leave a Google review rather than raise this with me or the complaint’s partner prior to doing so. Unfortunately, one of our solicitors left which was outside of our control. The matter was transferred to our other office and any delay, albeit slight, was not within our control. We did finalise everything as quickly as possible and you were most certainly not charged anything extra. Your instruction was valued by the firm and I am sorry you were left feeling this way. This was not intended and could easily have resolved this with you had you raised it.
