We arranged an appointment spent a good hour going over the details of our case, heard nothing for a couple of weeks. We then receive an email asking me to call so Kevin can go over the details again. A week later received an email of the letter he had written on our behalf, it was all wrong, I had to call to get them to retrieve the letter from mail bag. Then another telephone appointment was made, yet again he cancelled and made a new one for a couple of days after. I have just sat waiting again for 20 minutes, no call, no explanation. I have called the office no one knows why he has not called. Therefore I had no choice but to instruct them I will be going else were. So very disappointed in this company, as a family we have always used them and last year Nic handled some business for us, he was most professional. I would avoid, not worth the stress.

It started off great, no complaints, until Hollie left to work elsewhere. Since then I’ve had the worst experience, in fact I’ve changed solicitor because they were asking for money for things already paid for, ignoring phone calls and emails. It’s delayed my sale/purchase by weeks because of their reluctance to speak to clients. All I’m asking for is a closing statement so I can identify whether I owe them money or they owe me, but even such a simple request seems too much for them at the minute. To give them the benefit of the doubt it may be due to staffing issues rather than incompetence, but before you use them make sure you get an assurance that they have enough staff to deal with your business quickly and effectively.
