One of the worst professional experiences I have ever had My experience with this immigration lawyer was deeply disappointing and has had serious consequences for my life. Throughout my case, emails were ignored, phone calls went unanswered, and I was left without the communication and guidance that any client should reasonably expect from a legal professional. Repeated attempts to obtain updates or clarification were met with silence or unacceptable delays. As a direct result of the way my case was handled, my application was refused, forcing me into a lengthy and stressful legal process. I then spent 17 months waiting for a court hearing, living with uncertainty, anxiety, and significant disruption to my personal and professional life. What is particularly concerning is the apparent lack of professional diligence and client care demonstrated throughout my case. When people seek immigration advice, they are often dealing with life-changing matters that affect their future, their families, and their ability to remain in the country. In my experience, that responsibility was not treated with the seriousness it deserved. I entrusted this firm with one of the most important matters of my life and expected competent representation, timely communication, and a genuine commitment to acting in my best interests. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations. Seventeen months of my life were lost dealing with the consequences of a case that I believe was not handled with the level of professionalism and attention it required. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this lawyer or firm to anyone seeking reliable immigration representation.
