Charis was really amazing at what she does and she puts time and effort into your case and always explaining things clearly, I’m so lucky I had such a good solicitor and I wouldn’t of gone with anyone else

My partner and I came for some advice regarding upcoming proceedings relating to our granddaughter as we are attempting to protect her. Our meeting went well, albeit we didn’t learn anything particularly that we did not already know via social services and fostering services, but the meeting was positive and professional. And things where my positive opinion changes. We were told we would have notes of the meeting and relevant information emailed to us, this did not happen. I then sent an email requesting this (humans make mistakes) plus a legal question after we were informed of something we were not previously aware of… our email went unanswered. This left us in limbo and in a state of anxiety while we attempted to research ourselves. We are now one month away from a final court date and luckily another professional has stepped up and has made us feel much more relaxed and confident in the outcome of our granddaughters future. Very poor service given to people at their most vulnerable.
