A calm and caring team
I found myself having to appear in court with only two days to find a solicitor who could help. Jonathan represented me in court and the outcome was far better than what the opposing side had hoped for. Due to the opposing side prolonging the process I had to attend court again, but Jonathan gave me the tools and confidence to get through it resulting in a good outcome. Jonathan oversaw documentation which will give myself and my children security moving forward. Jonathan and Henna were always on hand to give advice and always approached my concerns and worries with an empathetic ear and sometimes a pep talk at my lowest points. When I was receiving unprofessional emails directly from the opposing solicitor or intimidating messages they offered advice on how to respond. Your attention to detail and clearly setting out what outcomes could be achieved meant I had the full picture to make decisions. I would also like to mention Jo and Sally who always answered the phone with a calming tone which would immediately give me the confidence that I wasn't alone in this and that I was in safe hands. I am truly grateful for everything you have done for me, over the past couple of years, this stomach churning, anxiety provoking, stressful time was made easier knowing you were there to ensure this episode in my life would come to its conclusion. We are finally there, thank you and all the best.
