I worked with Lindsey Atterbury who helped me with Probate of my husband’s estate and for setting up Power of Attorney for myself.
She made the whole process very relaxed whilst obtaining the necessary information. Probate was a very stressful time for me as my husband died very suddenly but Lindsey helped me through and gave me strength. A wonderful person and solicitor

Atterbury Payne was recommended to me by a friend.
They were very efficient and so supportive at a really difficult time. My initial consultation with Lyndsey was amazing - she made my feel relaxed and listened and advised according to my specific needs. She gave me options and explained the process of probate in an easily understandable way.
Lyndsey and her colleague even came to meet us In person at my late mothers house to finalise details and collect all the documentation.
The team at Atterbury Payne were really helpful whenever I rang with regards to any additional questions, and were very professional and prompt in their responses. I will always be eternally grateful for all the advice and support they gave us at that time.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
