I have used Courtyard Solicitors several times now for property related matters and found their service to be excellent. They quoted me a fixed fee which was competitive when compared to other solicitors and my matter was dealt with competently. I would highly recommend.

After taking an upfront fee the solicitor I was dealing with from this firm failed to respond to repeated calls and emails asking for urgent advice.
Had to instruct a new solicitor and pay again.
Would strongly advise to steer clear of this firm.
