Unresponsive Communication during Property purchase
I had a disappointing experience with Gandecha & Pau while attempting to purchase a property. Communication was a consistent issue throughout the process. Emails often took up to two weeks to receive a response, even when the sellers had set clear deadlines during the transaction. Deadlines were set by the sellers but responses were often received after those deadlines, which created delays and uncertainty during a time-sensitive process. When we raised concerns about the lack of responses, the solicitor handling our matter, Prakash Gandecha dismissed the concerns by suggesting that younger buyers tend to expect things to move too quickly, despite the extended time we had already been waiting for updates. The ongoing delays and lack of clear communication made what should have been a straightforward transaction unnecessarily stressful. Based on my experience, I would be reluctant to use this firm again.
