Legal Assistance for Discrimination / Unfair Dismissal Case

I had a work issue which involved a discrimination and potential unfair dismissal case against my former employer. I was keen to not proceed to to tribunal and the objective being a settlement. Laura was the solicitor i was assigned to who was incredibly empathetic of my position. Laura drafted a WP letter which was incredibly detailed given that i had only provided a few bullet points and one phone conversation - it was really impressive. Laura was also very approachable and responsive to any queries from me and she would turn around responses back to my former employer, usually the same working day. I would highly recommend Rebel Law.

In leaving an employer, a settlement agreement was required - It was complex and poorly structured. Rebel law helped bring structure both to the negotiating and to the ordering of the Agreement. Throughout the journey, providing sound advice on negation points, approaches and overall package.
